RETURN TO SENDER
Any parcel that is marked as 'Return to Sender' outside of USA/Canada WILL NOT be re-shipped. The shipping company disposes of these parcels.
TRACKING
All shipments are sent via air with tracking number provided, unless your shipping option states (NO TRACKING) during checkout. We are not responsible for items with No Tracking once they are accepted by the shipping company.
DAMAGES + ERRORS
If something arrives damaged or we have sent the incorrect product, please use the contact form below.
STOLEN PACKAGES
Please ensure that your parcel is being delivered to a safe, reliable location. We are not liable for any stolen shipments once marked as Delivered.
EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Exchanges and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and will include a re-shipping and handling fee. We reserve the right to deny any request for return or exchange.
